Our Impact
Since our founding in 2000, RVCDF has administered more than $100 million in mitigation and loan funds to more than 300 Southeast Seattle businesses impacted by Sound Transit’s light rail construction.
We are proud of our efforts to create tangible, data-driven results by investing in the Rainier Valley community with a key focus on businesses that have historically faced barriers to traditional financing through our lending programs initiated in 2006.
